Gytis Griskevicius, of St Ann's Lane, is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning.

Lincolnshire Police have launched a summer crackdown on drink and drug drivers by asking the public to snitch on them.
Part of a national campaign, officers will work directly with regional forces as part of the East Midlands Operational Support Service.

Police spotted 57-year-old Raimundas Stonkus driving the vehicle loaded full of frozen food on the A16 at Sibsey at 4pm on Monday.

A bereaved mum who has lost 16 babies used the identity of one of her dead children to falsely claim thousands in benefits.
Maria Pridmore, 36, pocketed child benefits in the name of her newborn son, Kia, who died when he was just two weeks old in December 2009.
Lincoln Crown Court heard Pridmore suffered 14 miscarriages, a stillbirth and the loss of Kia, over a 13-year period before finally having a healthy daughter in 2012.
