A 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods in connection with Boston Stump's missing floodlights.The three floodlights which were stolen from the iconic Boston Stump have been recovered due to an anonymous tip off.They were taken at the end of last month, shortly after being installed.
