A motorcycle repair man refused to remove a car engine he illegally dumped on a Lincolnshire road despite being asked to do so by police.
Michael Shailes, 25, who runs MJ Motorcycle repairs, had offered the use of his workshop to two other men who deal in car parts.
The two men had been working on the car engine, but work eventually ground to a halt.
